Arc International Cookware (AIC), the licence holder for the Pyrex brand in Europe, Middle East and Africa, needed to determine and communicate a new five year strategic plan following its acquisition by Arc International Group (AIG).A series of facilitated workshops enabled AIC’s board to take a quick, informed decision on its strategy and then develop detailed plans for each of the other six S’s.
AIC secured a quick, informed decision from AIG to endorse the new strategic plan and financial targets enabling AIC to communicate it widely to all levels within its international organisation.
